We work to actively engage with and support our communities. Through our community engagement initiatives, we partner with local nonprofits, charities, and initiatives that address critical social issues, including The Trevor Project, Fitsi, the Mental Health Association, the Weinberg Center of the Arts and their Tivoli Society, and also Alliance Frederick County. Alongside in kind and monetary donations we also encourage our employees to volunteer their time and skills to make a difference in the lives of others.
